Chongqing Dejia Meat Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding enterprise jointly funded by Chongqing Agricultural Investment Meat Food Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Dejia Food (Group) Co., Ltd. The company is located in the core area of Hechuan Industrial Park in Chongqing, a region where three rivers converge and renowned talents emerge. It was established on June 3, 2003 covering an area of 283 mu. The company has a pig slaughtering production line with an annual capacity of processing 1 million pigs and multiple deep-processing production lines for meat products, and is engaged in the deep processing and R&D of meat products. It has been awarded the title of National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization by the seven national ministries and commissions, National Green Factory, and is the only demonstration factory for pig slaughtering production standardization in Chongqing accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. In 2023, it was included in the management system of the High-quality Development Base for Agricultural International Trade of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is also the main undertaking unit of the municipal reserve meat in Chongqing, a high-tech enterprise in Chongqing, a technology center of Chongqing enterprise, a SRDI enterprise in Chongqing, an advanced collective in Hechuan District for strengthening the industrial district, among other honorary titles. It has obtained the HACCP Certification of Food Safety Management System and HALAL Certification.
