For over fifteen years, cheeses from the Altai Krai have been supplied to 40 regions across the country, as well as to countries in Europe and neighboring countries. Our focus is on preserving unique technologies and introducing new cheeses to the region, thereby expanding access to European cheesemaking traditions for the average consumer.
